YouGoBoom's Server Manager (the "Service") is provided by Virgil Ciotlos, an individual based in Sighișoara, Romania, operating this project independently and not through a registered company ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at yougoboom@yougobooms-manager.com or on Discord.
The Service consists of a Windows desktop application (the "Manager"), the bundled server-side "YouGoBoom AI & Admin Tools", and an optional Discord bot that together help you install, configure, and operate DayZ dedicated servers (self-hosted or via Nitrado), including mod management, AI bots, an in-game admin menu, Discord integrations, and related features described on this website and in the documentation.
The Service is provided to everyone free of charge. There are no paid plans, tiers, or subscriptions, and using any feature never requires a payment. We may change, add, or discontinue features at any time; nothing on this website is a guarantee that any specific feature will be released or kept.
YouGoBoom's Server Manager is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive a.s. DayZ and Arma are trademarks of Bohemia Interactive a.s.
Likewise, the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation (Steam) or Nitrado GmbH. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Manager, YouGoBoom AI, and the Discord bot for your own DayZ server(s). You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software as your own or as part of another product; rebrand, rename, or remove YouGoBoom branding from YouGoBoom AI or the Manager; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including to build or operate a game server used for cheating, harassment, or infringing activity.
YouGoBoom AI runs only through YouGoBoom's Manager by design. It remains YouGoBoom's software wherever it runs and may not be rebranded or distributed separately.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
If you choose to support the project, you can send a voluntary donation through PayPal. Donations are entirely optional gifts: they are not a payment for the software or for any feature, no part of the Service is locked behind them, and you receive no goods, services, or additional rights in return for donating.
Because a donation is a voluntary gift and not a purchase of digital content or a service, it is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. PayPal processes donations under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your payment card or PayPal account details.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service or to make a donation. Discord's own terms additionally require a minimum age of 13 to use Discord.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, server downtime, lost profits, or damage to your game server or hosting environment arising from use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Manager and removing the Discord bot from your Discord server.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
