YouGoBoom's Server Manager (the "Service") is provided by Virgil Ciotlos, an individual based in Sighișoara, Romania, operating this project independently and not through a registered company ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at yougoboom@yougobooms-manager.com or on Discord.
The Service consists of a Windows desktop application (the "Manager") and an optional Discord bot (the "Killfeed Bot") that together help you install, configure, and operate DayZ dedicated servers (self-hosted or via Nitrado), including mod management, Discord integrations, and related features described on this website and in the documentation.
The Service is currently distributed as a free public Beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and paid plans (subscriptions and a one-time "Platinum" license) are planned for the future, as described on the Pricing page. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that any specific future plan or feature will be released.

Likewise, the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation (Steam) or Nitrado GmbH. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Manager and Killfeed Bot for your own DayZ server(s). You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software as your own or as part of another product; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including to build or operate a game server used for cheating, harassment, or infringing activity.
During the Beta period, the Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including ending free access, at any time.
When paid subscription plans or the one-time Platinum license become available, payments will be processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card or PayPal account details ourselves; PayPal processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract for digital content or services. Because paid tiers are not yet live, the exact checkout flow (including any request for your express consent to immediate delivery and corresponding loss of the withdrawal right, as permitted under EU consumer law) will be described at the time of purchase and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Refunds, where applicable once paid plans launch, will be handled on a reasonable, case-by-case basis; contact us at the email above.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service or make any purchase. Discord's own terms additionally require a minimum age of 13 to use Discord.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, server downtime, lost profits, or damage to your game server or hosting environment arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Manager and removing the Killfeed Bot from your Discord server.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as paid plans launch. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
