This website does not currently use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy and a cookie consent notice will be updated accordingly.
We process hosting logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functioning. We process Discord identifiers based on your consent (joining the Discord / linking your account) and, once relevant, on the performance of a contract with you. Payment data, once applicable, is processed to perform a contract (your purchase) and to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
We use a small number of third-party services to run the Service. Each acts as an independent controller or processor under its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Hostinger, Discord, and PayPal are global companies that may process data on servers located outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, these providers are responsible for putting appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) under their own privacy policies.
Hosting logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider's default configuration (typically a limited number of weeks). Discord identifiers are kept for as long as needed to provide bot features, or until you unlink your account or leave the Discord server. Transaction records, once paid plans exist, will be kept for as long as required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
If you are in the EU (or otherwise protected by GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email yougoboom@yougobooms-manager.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as paid plans and any account features launch. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
